London is filled with amazing and tempting healthy food places right now and being a gym bunny I can’t get enough… So, when the Meet, Clapham’s new vegan pop-up cafe invited me down to try the menu I couldn’t say no!
Vicky and Josh’s starters at The Meet, Clapham
The menu boasts so many amazing variations of meals, from healthy salads to vegan mac’n’cheese! As I’m gluten free I had a slightly more limited choice of options but there were still plenty for me to choose from including my incredible main Choppin n’ Changin (£11.00) which was made up of a black chickpea, alfalfa sprouts & quinoa chopped salad with sumac, mint & pomegranate dressing and was filled with micronutrients that I partnered with sweet potato fries and a vegan cocktail made with cashew cream – because balance, right?!
For starter’s Josh and I shared a couple of small plates (£5.50 each) including Three’s a Party – a bread and hummus based dish which was delicious but light enough to still allow for a main course (which we really recommend you do!) and Play It Cool, which is a Red chilli paste, sesame & crushed flaxseed with cucumber salad. Josh opted for the vegan Mac n cheese of course and really approved!

My TOP and absolute must have recommendation though was the banana and salted caramel smoothie (£6.50). It is made with cashew ice cream, coconut milk and fresh bananas, honestly I rate it a 10/10.
The smoothies aren’t just the impressive drinks on the menu however, they also boast a wide variety of freshly made pressed juices and vegan cocktails including Rhubarb & Vanilla Custard Martini – Finlandia Vodka, Rhubard syrup, Custard flavours, Cashew Milk & Ms Betters Miraculous Foamer – (£9.70) which we both tried and really enjoyed!

On the whole we rated the Meet extremely highly and from a price point perspective it is extremely reasonable.
A definite must visit! Check out their site for opening times.
